New Electronic Health Records System

On June 22, 2026, CRi went live with Netsmart, our new electronic health record (EHR) system. This transition marks a significant investment in the quality, safety, and coordination of the services that CRi delivers to the individuals in its care. The move to Netsmart has touched every corner of our organization, with a great deal of thought to prepare for this change. CRi’s new electronic health record is more than a technology upgrade. It enables us to provide great care for those we serve, giving our teams timely, accurate, and connected information at the point of service. A modern EHR supports better clinical decision-making, stronger care coordination, and the documentation integrity that both our mission and our regulatory responsibilities require.

We extend our gratitude to the many staff members, teams, and partners who helped bring it to life.
