FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Next month, five people with intellectual disabilities will move into Miller House, a group home in Falls Church as part of their journeys toward independence. It's the first of its kind in the city, but it's one of 45 homes that the nonprofit CRI has built for people who need the extra help.
