Grace Community Church donates $250,000 to CRi through Capital Campaign

On January 26, 202, CRi President and CEO, Arthur M. Ginsberg, was presented with a $250,000 check during church services at Grace Community Church in Arlington, VA. CRi is dedicated to providing personalized supports to youth and adults with mental health needs and developmental disabilities.Just before Easter of 2019, Lead pastor John Slye, Jr., of Grace Community Church, began looking into ways his congregation could come together to embrace and help build a better local community. “This search led me to CRi and I consider it a privilege to be able to share in this partnership.”
Terry Hurley, CRi’s CFO and Vice President of Administration, who also attended the service when the gift was presented to CRi, said, “the atmosphere of the service was warm, inclusive, and welcoming, all attributes we strive for when CRi provides support to those in the community. We are so grateful for this incredibly meaningful partnership with Grace Community Church congregation, will assist CRi in the construction of a new home for six people in Arlington, VA. The new home will be forever recognized as The Grace Home.
