She was drawn to CRi because it represents the very
heart of what inspired her to enter the social work field: creating equitable access,
fostering independence, and championing inclusion for people who have been
historically underserved.
Her passion for this work began early, when she witnessed the transformative power of
person-centered support and the difference compassionate, skilled staff can make in
someone’s life. That experience shaped her commitment to systems change—leading
organizations that not only provide services, but cultivate hope and belonging through
meaningful relationships, quality care, and community partnership. For Tania, quality
care means more than meeting clinical standards—it’s about ensuring that every
individual is seen, heard, and supported in ways that honor their strengths, choices, and
humanity. It reflects a culture of dignity and respect where both the people served and
the staff who serve them can thrive.
At CRi, Tania views her leadership as both a privilege and a responsibility: to protect the
mission, nurture the workforce, and ensure that those supported by CRi experience a
life of choice, voice, and opportunity.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, Tania brings a dynamic blend of
clinical expertise, operational strategy, and visionary leadership. She leads the evolution
of CRi’s clinical service practices toward greater community integration, innovation, and
individualized support—ensuring that quality, safety, and compassion remain at the
forefront of every program. Under her guidance, CRi has strengthened cross-
departmental collaboration, expanded the use of data-driven decision-making, and
advanced the implementation of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care models.
Prior to joining CRi, Tania served as Vice President of Clinic Operations at the Mental
Health Association of Westchester, where she oversaw multiple clinical sites and led the
successful operation of several SAMHSA-funded Certified Community Behavioral
Health Center. Her earlier leadership roles at Access: Supports for Living and The
Center for Discovery further reflect her commitment to advancing behavioral health
systems that bridge clinical excellence with community inclusion.
Tania is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Auricular Detoxification Specialist and Prosci
Certified Change Practitioner, known for her ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and
vision. She is particularly proud of her work fostering professional development among
staff—recognizing that supporting those who provide care is essential to sustaining
quality services and meaningful outcomes for the people CRi serves.
Tania continues to view her role at CRi as part of a larger journey of advocacy and
impact. Every day, she is motivated by the resilience of the individuals supported, the
dedication of the staff, and the shared belief that when people are empowered to live as
full members of their communities, everyone benefits.
