Ricky Yates

Ricky Yates, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, discovered his passion for helping others at an early age, inspired by a family member who dedicated their life to supporting individuals through life challenges. Witnessing how guidance and advocacy could transform lives left a lasting impression and inspired Ricky to follow a similar path.  

Ricky began his career at CRi fresh out of graduate school and has experienced professional and personal growth during his tenure. As Director of Admissions and Social Work, Ricky supports individuals and families during pivotal moments in their lives. He is continuously moved by the resilience, courage, and determination of the individuals he serves, and he values the collaborative effort of his team to ensure that everyone is welcomed, respected, and empowered. 

Ricky's approach is grounded in connection and respect. He believes that recognizing a person's strengths and celebrating their unique story can spark real growth and opportunity. Every day, he is reminded of the important work that his team contributes to CRi's mission, vision, and values. It is his and his team's goal to honor dignity and support individuals and families to identify a space where their loved ones can thrive.
