Our Committees

Committees of the CRi board—Executive, Advocacy, Finance, and Governance—are appointed by the Governance Committee and the CRi Board of Directors to support key areas of the organization’s work. Each committee focuses on its area of expertise and provides thoughtful guidance and recommendations that help strengthen CRi’s mission and overall direction. We also offer two public working groups—Friends of CRi and The Advocates—for community members who want to support CRi but may not have the time to volunteer on a committee.

Executive Committee

Mission Statement:

The Executive Committee, composed of the officers of the CRI Board, advises the CEO and helps makes decision between board meetings. The Executive Committee sets the organization’s strategic direction and provides crucial fiduciary oversight. By attracting, supporting, and evaluating strong CEO leadership — and ensuring that the deployment of our resources consistently aligns with our values — this committee empowers CRi to deliver inclusive, person-centered services that champion dignity, independence, and opportunity for every individual we serve.
