The CRi Board sets the organization’s strategic direction and provides crucial fiduciary oversight. By attracting, supporting, and evaluating strong CEO leadership — and ensuring that the deployment of our resources consistently aligns with our values — the Board empowers CRi to deliver inclusive, person-centered services that champion dignity, independence, and opportunity for every individual we serve.
The CRi Governance Committee is committed to cultivating strong, ethical and transparent governance across CRi’s Boards and Affiliates. By guiding the Board’s development, supporting strategic member recruitment, and overseeing the annual CEO evaluation and leadership succession planning, among other responsibilities, the Committee strengthens the Board’s leadership, effectiveness, and integrity in alignment with CRi’s mission.
The CRi Advocacy Committee builds relationships, educates, and creates opportunities to extend CRi’s mission of supporting persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, severe mental health challenges, and youth who have aged out of foster care.
The CRi Finance Committee is committed to ensuring the financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability of CRi and its Affiliates. Through thoughtful oversight and responsible stewardship, the Committee ensures that our financial policies, strategies, and budgets support the mission, values, and strategic plan of the organization, including strategically directing our limited resources for maximum impact.
