Mission Statement:

The CRi Board sets the organization’s strategic direction and provides crucial  fiduciary oversight. By attracting, supporting, and evaluating strong CEO leadership — and ensuring that the deployment of our resources consistently aligns with our values — the Board empowers CRi to deliver inclusive, person-centered services that champion dignity, independence, and opportunity for every individual we serve.

Community Havens Board

Mission Statement:

The Havens Board is CRi’s dedicated real estate board, responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining safe, comfortable, and supportive homes for individuals in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) and Mental Health programs. Through thoughtful stewardship and long-term planning, the Board ensures each property meets the unique needs of those we serve—helping CRi provide stability, dignity, and community for every individual.

Community Residence Foundation, Inc., Board

Mission Statement:

The Foundation Board fuels CRi’s mission by leading fundraising efforts, cultivating meaningful supporter relationships, and guiding the growth of our endowment. Through strategic outreach and personalized engagement, the Board expands our donor community and strengthens the financial foundation needed to sustain and grow CRi’s impact.

Residential Youth Services, Inc. (RYS) Board

Mission Statement:

The RYS Board provides fiduciary oversight to ensure youth aging out of foster care receive the support, stability, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Mission Statement:

The CRAI Board is responsible for fiduciary oversight of CRi homes under Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding.
