By attracting, supporting, and evaluating strong CEO leadership — and ensuring that the deployment of our resources consistently aligns with our values — the Board empowers CRi to deliver inclusive, person-centered services that champion dignity, independence, and opportunity for every individual we serve.

The Havens Board is CRi’s dedicated real estate board, responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining safe, comfortable, and supportive homes for individuals in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) and Mental Health programs. Through thoughtful stewardship and long-term planning, the Board ensures each property meets the unique needs of those we serve—helping CRi provide stability, dignity, and community for every individual.
