Once welcomed into a CRI ICF community, many residents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD) stay for years, and many make their lifelong home. CRi’s clinical team at each home prioritizes getting to know each individual as a person beyond their medical needs, to create a personalized care plan to foster self-care and life skills. The highly individualized behavioral support CRi provides supports individuals to build greater independence possible in ways that may have otherwise been unimaginable.
Every ICF has a dedicated licensed nurse practitioner assigned to each program with direct Registered Nurse (RN) oversight. CRi has a registered dietitian to regularly manage each resident’s dietary needs and prepares nutritious textured meal plans (chopped, ground, and pureed). This long-term person-centered environment is the most intensive care option that CRi provides and requires a different state funding process than a Waiver. View our FAQs about Medicaid eligibility.
