For Community Fest, we offer two registration options to ensure we can best support all attendees.
The General Admission Ticket is for individuals who are registering themselves and are not bringing a guest in their care. The Direct Support Professional / Guest Ticket is intended for individuals who are bringing a guest who is unable to complete the registration form independently (for example, someone with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities). This form includes additional questions about the guest’s dietary needs and physical accommodations so we can plan accordingly. Each attendee must complete their own registration form unless they are unable to do so independently.
