Root & Rise is CRi’s 24/7 adult mental health residential program, offering supportive homes for individuals who may face barriers to accessing traditional community-based services. Located throughout Virginia’s DBHDS Region 4, the program helps individuals transition from higher levels of care into stable, recovery-oriented community settings.
Each person’s path forward is unique. Root & Rise provides person-centered support built around individual strengths, goals, and recovery plans. Our team works closely with community providers to promote continuity of care, build daily living skills, encourage independence, and create meaningful opportunities for connection and participation in the community.
Through compassionate, coordinated, and evidence-informed care, Root & Rise helps individuals establish stability, strengthen their confidence, and continue building a life rooted in dignity, choice, and hope.
